Imagos led an outcome evaluation of UNDP’s contributions to good governance in Serbia. Corresponding outputs
related to parliamentary development, anti-corruption, public procurement,
home affairs and public administration
and civil service reform.

The evaluation resulted in enhanced awareness among stakeholders of the performance of the UNDP Governance programme, and individual projects constituting the programme. The enhanced awareness resulted in an extensive management response and commitments to: develop new public finance and parliamentary development projects; incorporate partnership strategy within forthcoming Country Programme Document (CPD); scale up public finance and parliamentary development interventions; finalise the transfer of managerial responsibilities for South Eastern and Eastern Europe Clearinghouse for the Control of the Small Arms and Light Weapons to regional UNDP Center; strive for better development aid coordination among government and donors; introduce new monitoring procedures and formats; make CPD outputs and related indicators more realistic; ensure that each project has signed Letter of Agreement with Government.
