In 2014 and 2015, Imagos supported Legal Education Reform in Kosovo. We designed and delivered training on leadership (leadership competences and personality types), strategic planning, communication (cooperative target agreements, annual review meetings, motivation, appraisal, delegation) and team-building (team roles, team composition, feedback training). The training targeted trainers, court presidents, supervising judges and civil servants in the court administrations. We also coached participants in revisiting and changing their leadership styles and designed interactive e-learning modules for the leadership programme.
The training helped to establish the capacity in the Kosovo Judicial Institute (KJI) to carry out state-of-the-art leadership, management and team building seminars. Expected long-term results are improved leadership in the judicial system and an increased capacity to develop and carry out judicial reforms, and to improve the ability to work in groups and teams.
