Imagos developed proposals to support the implementation of the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (PCA) between the EU and Vietnam in the areas of public administration reform, rule of law, judicial reforms, and the fight against corruption and organized crime. In addition, Imagos conducted a network analysis of PCA actions and a graphic network analysis of EU policy support.
Imagos assistance significantly enhanced the capacity of EU actors to coordinate and communicate their strategic cooperation initiatives and increased the coherence and synergies between EU policies and between EU and individual Member States’ policies towards Vietnam. Other expected outcomes of Imagos support involve improved public policies in target areas, a broadened scope of EU- Vietnam cooperation, and enhanced cooperation on global and regional challenges, including climate change.
